PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection system capable of lowering a probability leaking a user information. SOLUTION: An ISP authentication section 51a permits a connection between a user terminal device transmitting an ISP authentication information and an internet 11 when the connection is permitted, and provides a server 52 with the ISP authentication information to which a accounting control information is added when the connection is not permitted. The server 52 provides the ISP authentication section 61a corresponding to the ISP authentication information with the information. The ISP authentication section 61a permits the connection between the user terminal device transmitting the ISP authentication information and the internet 11 when the connection is permitted. The server 62 provides an accounting server 7 with the ISP authentication information to which the accounting control information is added, and a specified ISP information when the ISP authentication section 61a permits the connection.
