<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management system for sharing an automobile by which operation of car sharing by a community is practically carried out with an easy key delivery without an error. <P>SOLUTION: The community 10 has a plurality of mobile devices 12 and is connectable to a communications network 20. A plurality of users transmit reservation information from the mobile devices 12, reservation change information, car use completion information and key delivery information by a previous user, and a key reception signal by the next user as well as an ID signal from an ID transmission section 13 to a management server 30. The management server 30 is connectable, through the communications network 20, to the community 10 and comprises: a system key box 31 processing each information; a key cabinet 32 downloading processing information in the system key box 31; a database 33 storing the processing information in the key box; and an ID card reader 36.
