<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform water replenishing maintenance without stopping heating, in a hot water storage type hot water supply heater requiring the water replenishing maintenance of circulating water in a hot water circulating heating circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water storage type hot water supply heater has a hot water storage tank 2 connected to a water inlet pipe 8 and a hot water outlet pipe 7 and storing hot and cold water, a heat source device 3 for heating the hot and cold water in the hot water storage tank 2, and a hot water heating circulating circuit 24 with high temperature water in the hot water storage tank 2 as a heat source. A safety valve 6 for releasing pressure is arranged in the hot water storage tank 2 or the hot water outlet pipe 7. Since a volume expanded quantity in boiling-up operation is replenished as the circulating water of the hot water heating circulating circuit 24 by communicating the safety valve 6 with an expansion tank 25 in the hot water heating circulating circuit 24, there is no need to stop heating every time of the water replenishing maintenance, and comfortable and economical heating can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
