PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizer which can modify into water such as hot spring water allowing modification into water having high washing capability and preventing water in a vessel from putrefying, excellent in storage stability, being easily washed, excellent in usability, enhancing circulation and metabolism, relieving a symptom of various kinds of diseases or the like, further enhance permeability of an active ingredient, and further more generate a large amount of minus ions. SOLUTION: The atomizer 1 for atomizing water accommodated in a vessel 2 includes (a) one or more of a radioactive ore 3 and/or a radioactive sintered body 4 into which a radioactive ore powder is sintered, and (b) one or more of quartz 5 and/or maifanshi 6 accommodated in the vessel 2 and immersed in the water.
