PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode with a contact capable of keeping good contact, and of easily carrying out electrical disconnection, having high jointing reliability between the electrode and the contact, and properly functioning over a long time. SOLUTION: This electrode 5 with a contact is provided with: an electrode 1 formed of a metallic body; and a contact 2 jointed to the upper surface of the electrode 1 and formed by including ceramic powder in copper or an alloy containing copper as a main constituent.
