PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-reinforcing material capable of increasing the strength of the ground irrespective of the presence of a hydration-inhibitor. SOLUTION: The soil-reinforcing material comprises a cement-based hardening material and a porous powder having a BET specific surface area of 30 m2/g or more.
