PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gain adjustment circuit for facilitating gain adjustment while the number of components can be decreased by simplifying the configuration so as to attain energy saving. SOLUTION: The gain adjustment circuit comprises: at least two gain adjustment means; a control means for controlling the gain adjustment means; and a feeding means for supplying power to the gain adjustment means from its power supply, and the gain adjustment means are arranged in series so as to receive power from the power supply via the feeding means. Moreover, the gain adjustment circuit is arranged so that signals with frequency bands not mutually overlapped with each other pass and configured so that the gain adjustment of the signals is separately and simultaneously controlled by the control means.
