PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of accurately grasping the processed number of lines of data respectively transferred from a prescribed bus and read from the other bus at respective points of time in the case of using the prescribed bus and the other bus different from the prescribed bus. SOLUTION: In a video IF conversion device 108, a counter 207 counts the number of times of completion of data transfer by one line from a PCI bus, a counter 208 counts the number of times of completion of data read by one line from a non-PCI bus, and counts of the counters 207, 208 can be read from the PCI bus. Thus, the number of lines respectively processed for the data transfer from the PCI bus and for the data read from the non-PCI bus can accurately be grasped at respective points of time.
