PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce and fix a rotor iron core sufficiently, even if it is weak in strength, and to stabilize its characteristics. SOLUTION: A molding member 18 is obtained by adding glass fibers (fillers) by 20 weight percent to 40 weight percent to, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as one of thermoplastic resins available in many varieties and for which many kinds of additives are applicable unlike thermosetting resins.
