PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer used for an acoustic apparatus with improved reliability and quality and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer is configured such that a stopper 29 of a terminal 30 is made of a hard metallic material the same as that of a yoke and a magnetic circuit of a lower plate so as to strengthen the stopper 29 against an external force and a strong spring pressure can be maintained at all times without causing the spring pressure of a metallic terminal of the terminal 30 to exceed a reversible limit value.
