PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press sensor wherein resolution of a switch signal from a switch part changes especially by magnitude of pressing force on an operation face. SOLUTION: In this press sensor S, the switch part S1-S5 is changed into an input state on the basis of the switch signal from the pressed switch part S1-S5, and the resolution of the switch signal changes by the magnitude of the pressing force. Thereby, by the change of the resolution, electronic equipment such as a cellphone incorporated with the press sensor S can be made to have various functions based on the change of the resolution.
