摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a reliable operation even when two storage capacitance lines exist, in a display device wherein pixel circuits are disposed in a matrix shape. SOLUTION: The display device is characterized in that a formula (i): ä(Csc-Cpa)/(Cgs+Clc+Csc+Cpa)}×ΔVsc=VB-Vb/2 and a formula (ii):ΔVsc<VDD are satisfied when a capacitance value of a storage capacitor 14, a capacitance value of a parasitic capacitance generated at a node of the storage capacitor line SC connected to an adjacent pixel circuit and a pixel electrode, a capacitance value of a gate capacitance generated at a node of a gate line of a pixel TFT 10 and the pixel electrode, a capacitance value of a liquid crystal element 12, a voltage value shifted in the storage capacitor line SC, potential difference between black level voltage and white level voltage of a data signal, a black level voltage after voltage is shifted and power source voltage of a power source supplying electric power for operating the pixel circuit are defined as Csc, Cpa, Cgs, Clc,ΔVsc, Vb, VB and VDD, respectively.
