PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily prepare a hydrophilic sample for dioxins analysesof high reliability, suitable for analysis by means of a bioassay method and, from a hydrophobic solvent solution of dioxins and in a short time. SOLUTION: The method for preparing the sample for dioxins analyses comprises a step of applying the hydrophobic solvent solution of dioxins to a subsequent column 22 filled with a filling material of silica gels 22a; a step of applying a hydrophobic solvent from a first solvent supply section 60 to the subsequent column 22 supplied with the hydrophobic solvent solution and bringing it to pass therethrough; a step of applying the hydrophobic solvent which passed through the subsequent column 22, to a solvent replacing column 30 filled with a alumina-based filling material 30a and bringing it to pass therethrough; a step of applying a hydrophilic solvent capable of dissolving the dioxins, from a second solvent supply section 70 after bringing the hydrophobic solvent to pass through the solvent replacing column 30, and bringing it to pass therethrough, in a direction reverse to the passing direction of the hydrophobic solvent; and a step of securing the hydrophilic solvent passing through the solvent replacing column 30.
