PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet replacing device having a large degree of freedom in design for making the device compact so as to be provided to a table and for optimizing a linear distance and a revolving angle to a pallet transfer distance. SOLUTION: The pallet replacing device 7 has the following constitution. A first screw shaft 12A to be rotated by a motor 13 and a second screw shaft 12B to be rotationally connected with the first screw shaft 12A are provided to a table part 2 in parallel. First/second drive units, which are screwed to the first/second screw shafts 12A, 12B, are provided. A lever 21, which is revolved on the horizontal face, is provided rotatably on the two units centering around one spindle. A moving amount of the second drive unit is reduced compared with the movement of the first drive unit by engaging the other spindle with a long hole.
