PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder capable of simply and quickly mounting or detaching/attaching the tool holder to or from/to a belt, capable of preventing the holder from being removed from the belt, and also, capable of allowing a user to quickly put in and take out a tool. SOLUTION: A holder body for holding a tool is provided to a vertical hanging part to be mounted freely attachably/detachably to/from a waist belt. A locking part is formed by bending the upper end parts of facing parts to the lower left side and bending the bent lower end part D to the upper right side in the vertical hanging part.
