PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter which enhances a negative ion-imparting effect. SOLUTION: The filter 11 filling a first filter medium accommodation chamber 16b with a granulated activated carbon 25 as a filter medium and discharging purified water by introducing raw water comprises filling a fourth filter medium accommodation chamber 16e with garnet, thoron and germanium ceramics for enhancing the negative ion-imparting effect.
