PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a underwear-type disposable diaper capable of fitting a wearer of any body shape, not wounding the skin, and improving leak preventing effect from openings around the feet of the wearer. SOLUTION: In the underwear-type disposable diaper in which an opening around a waist and the pair of openings around the feet are formed by jointing both the opposite side end portions in a longitudinal direction of a front body and a back body, and a stretchable elastic body around the waist and stretchable elastic bodies around the feet are arranged along the respective openings, the regions of the predetermined length from the openings around the feet are connected by connecting portions with a connecting strength stronger than that of connecting portions connecting other regions in both the opposite side end portions in a longitudinal direction of a front body and a back body.
