PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an umbrella storing tool to hook a handle of an umbrella to a handlebar of a bicycle while a tip of the umbrella is arranged along a front pipe, but it is difficult to also use the umbrella storing tool mounted on the handlebar as a tool to hold the umbrella in an open condition. SOLUTION: The umbrella storing tool is mounted close to a lower pipe of a front pipe of a bicycle, and comprises four components, i.e., a plastic-made umbrella storing tool body, a door mounted thereon, a clip type lock-supporting tool with a hook-shaped tip, and a tool to mount these components on the bicycle. The umbrella storing tool is mounted so that the umbrella is substantially parallel to the front pipe and located below the handlebar, the lock-supporting tool and the door are mounted on the body, and the a hook-shaped portion of the lock-supporting tool is depressed into a recess of the door. The outer size of the umbrella storing tool body is substantially 8 cm in length, 8 cm in width and 6 cm in height. Since the umbrella storing tool is separate from the front pipe by several centimeters, the umbrella is hooked and stored at the side of the tool mounted on the handlebar to hold the umbrella in an open condition.
