PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform installation of a fuel pump module while ensuring freedom of a position of an opening of a tank body and a position of a fuel pump module. SOLUTION: A lid member 10 for closing an opening 11a of an upper surface of a tank body 11 is removed, the fuel pump module 14 and a support member 15 are inserted into the tank body 11 from the opening 11a and the support member 15 is urged from the fuel pump module 14 to a leaving direction by resilient force of a spring 34. Thereby, the fuel pump module 14 and the support member 15 are pressed and fixed to first and second support surfaces 11b, 11c of the tank body 11 respectively. Thereby, installation of the fuel pump module 14 can be easily performed while design freedom of the fuel tank is enhanced by enabling the position of the opening 11a of the tank body 11 and the position of the fuel pump module 14 to be freely set.
