PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a radiator with improved mounting efficiency and mountability without significantly changing existing parts or layouts. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of a radiator of a cab over type truck, mounting brackets mounted to right and left sides of the radiator are fixed to side rails, and the radiator is mounted between the side rails. This structure comprises a rubber positioning stay mounted on a rear side of an upper flange part of the side rail; a bolt with rubber inclined on the rubber positioning stay with a bolt head fitted with a long hole formed on the rubber positioning stay to prevent rotation, and mounted to a mount rubber via a support plate on a seat face of a bolt head; and a nut screwed in a screw part at a bolt tip with rubber. The bolt with rubber inclined on the rubber positioning stay with a bolt head fitted with a long hole formed on the rubber positioning stay to prevent rotation is projected upward from a bolt insertion hole provided to the upper flange part, and the bolt with rubber is inserted through the bolt insertion hole provided to the mount rubber and the mounting bracket, so that the nut is screwed into the screw part at the tip end.
