PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control in a timer mode by a timer even to a cookstove heat source except for a specific heat source, in a heating cooker for performing the control in a temperature control mode (a frying and rice cooking mode) based on the detecting temperature of a temperature sensor to the specific heat source, a control mode of simultaneously using a temperature timer (a water boiling mode) based on the detecting temperature and the timer and the timer mode based on the timer, by attaching a pan bottom temperature sensor to one specific heat source (a right cookstove heat source) of a plurality of cookstove heat sources. SOLUTION: One cookstove heat source is selected from the whole cookstove heat sources including the specific heat source in use, and the control is performed in the timer mode to the selected cookstove heat source (S106 to S116). In the control in the control mode of simultaneously using the temperature timer of the specific heat source, any cookstove heat source cannot be selected, and in the control in the temperature control mode of the specific heat source, only the cookstove heat source except for the specific heat source can be selected (S118 to S125).
