PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine an impacted position, without having a method for confirming the impacted position, though disclosing a technology for reducing a variation in the impacted position by driving a wing of a shell in a conventional technology. SOLUTION: This shell position arithmetic operation unit has a receiving part for receiving shell position information from the shell for transmitting one's own position, and an impact point output part for outputting the final shell position information from the receiving part as a shell impacted position.
