PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation storage capable of accurately measuring the temperature in the vicinity of a storage object, by confirming a temperature change in time series in a thermal insulation vessel. SOLUTION: This preservation storage has the thermal insulation vessel 2, a Stirling refrigerator 3 for cooling the inside of this thermal insulation vessel 2, a temperature setting switch 14 as a temperature setting means for setting the temperature inside of the thermal insulation vessel 2, a temperature sensor 13 as a temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature inside of the thermal insulation vessel 2, a temperature display means 4 for displaying the temperature inside of the thermal insulation vessel 2, a recording means 15 for recording the temperature inside of the thermal insulation vessel 2 in time series, and a control circuit 17 for controlling the Stirling refrigerator 3, the temperature display means 4 and the recording means 15 by input from the temperature setting switch 14 and the temperature sensor 13.
