PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin component fastening structure for allowing easy recycling of a resin member while securing axial force required in fastening the resin member. SOLUTION: The fastening structure comprises a metal spacer 39 having an annular flat body 41 in which a central hole is formed and a plurality of plate spring pawl elements 43 extending from the inner peripheral edge thereof. Each pawl element 43 of the spacer 39 is inserted into a through-hole 35b of a resin fan 35 through a rotary shaft 21 of a fan motor, the each pawl element 43 is pushed into the through-hole 35b until the annular flat body 41 abuts on the surface of the fan 35 at its fan motor side, and a female screw 37 is inserted into the through-hole 35b through the opposite side to the fan motor. Then, the female screw 37 is threaded to the rotary shaft 21 through the central hole of the annular flat body 41, and the fan 35 is fastened to the rotary shaft 21 with the annular flat body 41 laid between the fan 35 and the rotary shaft 21.
