PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a counter of a conventional system cabinet needs to be stored in a large package box for protecting a sink part in a packaged state, transporting effect is reduced. SOLUTION: This system cabinet includes a cabinet body 2 provided with a sink 3 at the upper part, and a counter 5 formed with an opening 51 so as to expose the sink 3 from the upper surface, and the counter 5 is mounted and fixed on the upper surface of the cabinet body 2. Thus, protrusion due to the sink of the counter is eliminated to secure installation performance on an installation spot for improvement of the transporting effect without increasing the volume of the package box.
