PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an excrement-treating material in a state capable of being repeatedly used to effectively use the resource, although excrement-treating material have been used and then thrown away. SOLUTION: This spherical or spheroidal excrement-treating material 3 is characterized by comprising spheres or spheroids produced from a plastic material, spheres or spheroids produced from a waste plastic, spheres or spheroids produced from glass, spheres or spheroids produced from waste glass, spheres or spheroids produced from stainless steel, or waste stainless steel, which have particle sizes of≤10 mm. The spherical or spheroidal excrement-treating material 3 can repeatedly be used in a toilet bowl, and is therefore hygienic and useful for the effective use of the resource.
