摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that enables the large improvement of the introduction efficiency of biomolecules into cells and the selective selection of the introduced cells in comparison with a conventional method for introducing biomolecules into cells and an apparatus that can largely reduce impurities other than the target biomolecules in comparison with a conventional recovery of the biomolecules from the cells and provide a method for introducing biomolecules into cells and a method for recovering the introduced cells or the target biomolecules introduced into cells. SOLUTION: An electric field for opening a punch hole on the cell surface is impressed on the reaction field into which a sample solution including cells and magnetized fine particles are introduced and a magnetic field is applied to the reaction field in order to introduce the magnetic fine particles through the punch hole. In addition, An apparatus that can introduce fine particles into the cells and recover the fine particles from the cells by applying electric fields or magnetic fields, for selectively separating the cells including magnetic fine particles with magnetic field or recovering the magnetic fine particles through the punch hole bore on the cell surface out of the cells without cell damage by the application of electric fields and magnetic fields and a method for introducing and recovering cells or the target biomolecules in the cells are provided.
