<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can be prevented from increasing in number of components to be mounted and requiring wider mounting area while a microcomputer is used. <P>SOLUTION: An HB driver 17 drives an external switching element constituting an inverter circuit. The HB driver 17 has high dielectric strength and is constituted on one chip together with the microcomputer 7. The microcomputer 7 controls the HB driver 17. A digital filter 7 which removes noise generated by the HB driver is provided in a signal path from the HB driver 17 to the microcomputer 7, and the filter circuit 33 of an analog filter removing noise due to a rectangular wave signal which is generated by the microcomputer 7 is provided in a signal path from the microcomputer 7 to the HB driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
