PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a phenomenon wherein a similar operation occurs in an analysis unit after a unit to which sample analysis is requested and a processing capacity is thereby lowered, in the case where an abnormality treatment operation such as a discharge operation of a sucked sample is added when a quantitative sucking abnormality of the sample is recognized in a specific analysis unit, in an automatic analyzer constituted of a plurality of analysis units. SOLUTION: Recognition information of the quantitative sucking abnormality recognized in the specific analysis unit in an application software for controlling an automatic analyzer system is shared mutually among the plurality of analysis units, and an analysis operation after the analysis unit wherein the quantitative sucking abnormality is recognized is stopped to be executed.
