PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a quartz crystal oscillator, its apparatus and the quartz crystal oscillator to easily control a shape even though reduced in size, to make a shape and performance after processing excellent, to form a variety of shapes, to form it at a low cost in a small number of manufacturing processes, to make a load at driving light, and to use the apparatus and a tool with commodity. SOLUTION: A first step 6<SB>1</SB>, a second step 6<SB>2</SB>, a third step 6<SB>3</SB>, and a fourth step 6<SB>4</SB>are formed by changing the height of a quartz chip 5 stepwise by irradiating a laser beam 4 absorbed by a quartz to the right upper end 5a of the quartz chip 5.
