PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time-of-flight mass spectroscope in which perpendicular convergence of ions is improved, and connection with an orthogonally accelerating ion source is allowed for improving the sensitivity in a time-of-flight mass spectrometry and mass spectroscope. SOLUTION: The time-of-flight mass spectroscope comprises an ion source 10 to pulsationally emit a plurality of ions, an analyzer to realize the spiral orbit, and a detector 15 to detect the ions.
