<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin metal oxide film having excellent conductivity free from exfoliation from another layer, and a dye sensitized solar battery having high conversion efficiency by using the metal oxide film. <P>SOLUTION: The metal oxide structure, having network-shaped grooves formed on the surface of the metal oxide film, is formed by filling fine particles of metal oxide in the grooves, or the metal oxide structure is formed by partially or totally covering the metal oxide film with fine particles of metal oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
