<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method for efficiently preparing a marrow mononuclear cell by a simple operation, a cell preparation apparatus suitable for carrying out the method, a preparation method and a preparation apparatus for a marrow mononuclear cell, casting a slight burden on the collection source (e.g. human) of a marrow mononuclear cell and a method and an apparatus for simply carrying out operations from cell preparation to preparation of transplanting material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing a marrow mononuclear cell comprises a filter treatment step for passing a liquid containing a marrow mononuclear cell through a porous filter and catching the marrow mononuclear cell on the filter and a cell recovery step for recovering the marrow mononuclear cell caught on the filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
