摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor apparatus for appropriately identifying whether a bonding material for bonding an insulating substrate and a light transmission lid is appropriately irradiated with ultraviolet rays and securing and maintaining prescribed quality. SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor apparatus comprises the insulating substrate 1 having a recess 1a for accommodating and mounting an optical semiconductor device 3 on the upper surface; a wiring conductor 2 led from the inside to the outside of the recess 1a in the insulating substrate 1; the optical semiconductor device 3 that is mounted on the bottom surface of the recess 1a in the insulating substrate 1 by bonding and allows an electrode 4 to be electrically connected to the wiring conductor 2; and the light transmission lid 5 that is mounted to the upper surface of the insulating substrate 1 via the bonding material 7 so that the recess 1a is blocked.
