PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a battery pack having a thin case formed by using a material with a thickness of 0.3 mm or less. SOLUTION: A resin member (a spacer) 20 having an insulating property is arranged at a stepped part of a battery cell like a polymer battery 21, and is housed in a lower case 26 made of plastic together with parts such as a protective circuit board 25. Further, the lower case 26 and an upper case 27 are bonded and at the same time, the plastic case and the spacer are bonded by ultrasonic welding or with an adhesive to improve the strength through integration.
