PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-culturing apparatus enabling inoculated cells to be entirely immobilized on the surface or inside of a cell culturing carrier and furnished with holes or grooves on its inner or outer cylinder for facilitating fixing the carrier in screwing or fitting both of the cylinders with each other, and to provide a tool for facilitating such fixation. SOLUTION: The cell-culturing apparatus comprises the outer cylinder(1) and the inner cylinder(2) having an inner hollow and screwable or engageable on the outer cylinder(1).
