PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus whereby wireless resources can effectively be utilized by minimizing unusable slots. SOLUTION: A master unit 1 transmits two control channels in one frame whose slot number differs from each other, a slave unit 2 is synchronously with one of the two control channels and establishes a speech channel by shifting to the other control channel than the control channel during synchronization at present when the establishment of a speech channel in the synchronized control channels is disabled.
