PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of preventing shortage, in part of the circumferential direction, of an interference of an O ring 29 elastically compressed between an inner peripheral face of an insertion hole 22a and a bottom face of a lock groove 28 formed on an outer peripheral face of an insertion part 26a, even when plane accuracy of an outer face of a bottom plate part 20a constituting a cover 16a is bad. SOLUTION: On the inner peripheral face of the insertion hole 22a, a first recessed groove opened on the outer face of the bottom plate part 20a and extending in the axis direction and a second recessed groove 35 continuing from a back end of the first recessed groove and extending in the circumferential direction are formed. In the state where the insertion part 26a is inserted into the insertion hole 22a, a projection 36 formed on the outer peripheral face of the insertion part 26a is engaged with the second recessed groove 35 via the first recessed groove. This construction prevents inclination of the insertion part 26a with respect to the insertion hole 22a when a bolt 33 inserted into a through-hole 31 is screwed into a screw hole 24 and tightened.
