PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system superior in the ease of installation, capable of cooling by heat exchange between outside air and inside air and cooling by supplying the outside air. SOLUTION: This fluid cooling system is provided with a box body 7 having an inside air suction port 3 and an inside air blowout port 4 communicating with a heating element storage box 1 and having an outside air suction port 5 and an outside air blowout port 6 arranged by communicating with the outside air, an inside air blower 8 for carrying the inside air in this box body 7, an outside air blower 9 for carrying the outside air, and a heat exchange element 10 for exchanging sensible heat of the inside air and the outside air.
