PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition suppressed with its stickiness caused by polyhydric alcohols contained in the cosmetic. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition contains a polymer micelle containing≥1 kind of a gelatin derivative obtained by covalently bonding an organic compound with the functional groups of the gelatin molecule and≥1 kind of polyhydric alcohol.
