PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily clean a pouring hole and to obtain a pleasant feeling when a lip comes into contact with the pouring hole in a beverage container such as a PET bottle performing "drinking straightly from the bottle". SOLUTION: A female screw 11 is engraved on the inner peripheral face of an approximately cylindrical spout 10 projected from a beverage container main body. In addition, a cap 20 is formed with a cylindrical outer shell part 22 whose one end is closed, and a projecting part 21 projecting from the center of the closed part of this shell part 22 toward the other end direction of the shell part 22, and on the outer peripheral face of which a male screw 24 to be screwed to the female screw 11 is formed. Here, when the male screw 24 of the projecting part 21 is screwed to the female screw 11 of the spout 10, the outer shell part 22 covers the outer peripheral face of the spout 10. As the outer peripheral face of the spout 10 is smoothly formed thereby, even when saliva or the like sticks the outer peripheral face, it can be extremely easily wiped off by using a cloth or the like.
