PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemicals diluting/spraying apparatus capable of being used simply anywhere if high-pressure water source including city water or a high-pressure air source is available. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a tapered nozzle 2, a diffuser section 3, a vacuum creating chamber 4, a first connection port 5 provided at the rear end side of the nozzle 2 and a second connection port 6 communicating with the vacuum creating chamber 4. High pressure water including city water or high-pressure air introduced from the first connection port 5 is jetted from the nozzle 2 through the diffuser section 3. Vacuum is created in the vacuum creating chamber 4 by jetting to suck a chemical through the second connection port 6, then the chemical thus sucked is made to flow through the diffuser section 3 and mixed with the high-pressure water including city water or the high-pressure air and the mixture is sprayed directly from the tip of the diffuser section 3 or via a spray hose.
