PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make arrangement so as not to impede the flow of gas in lamina flow, by bending the mounting portion 12a of a filling nozzle 12 so that the mounting portion 12a is not positioned directly above the outlet port 12b of the filling nozzle 12. SOLUTION: A container supply means (rail 6 and conveying means 10) which supplies a container 8 to a filling position A and the filling nozzle 12 that has an outlet port 12b from which filling is delivered are provided. The outlet port 12b is aligned with the axial center of the container 8 at the filling position A, and the upper part of the outlet port 12b is bent at approximately 90 degrees so that a filling nozzle mounting means 18 that holds the mounting portion 12a of the filling nozzle 12 is not positioned directly above the outlet port 12b. Thus, there is no fear of any foreign matter which may occur from the bolt 26a, etc., of a fixing means 22 dropping into the inside of the container 8, and also as there is no blocking downward air flow B of the laminar flow, no possibility of dust or the like floating around the surrounding of the container 8 is found.
