PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the shape of columnar magnetic particles is not fundamentally constant and, when a zigzag pattern is reduced by a particle size, a volumetric change of individual columnar magnetic particles is present to be still left as the irregularity of a reverse magnetic field. SOLUTION: This structure is equipped with a substrate, the particle-containing substrate layer arranged on the substrate at a predetermined position and a layer containing a plurality of columnar parts provided on the substrate layer. The average interval <Ra> of the pillar parts, which are arranged on the surface parallel to the boundary surface of the substrate layer and the layer containing a plurality of the columnar parts in the predetermined direction parallel to the surface, and the average interval <Rb> of the columnar parts arranged in the direction substantially crossing that direction at a right angle and parallel to the surface satisfy a relational expression of <Ra>/<Rb>>1.
