<p>Disclosed is a composition comprising an aldolase protein for diagnosing retinal vascular disease. Also, the present invention discloses a kit comprising the protein for diagnosing retinal vascular disease, and a method for diagnosing retinal vascular disease comprising bringing a blood sample into contact with the aldolase protein and quantitatively analyzing formed antigen-antibody complexes.</p>
