<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run and its mounting structure capable of effectively preventing deviation movement caused by opening/closing of a door glass and realizing epoch-making enhancement of assembling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Sashes DS1, DS3 are provided on a door DF of an automobile and the glass run 1 is mounted to the sashes DS1, DS3. The glass run 1 is provided with an extrusion molding part 2 corresponding to an upper side part thereof; an extrusion molding part 4 corresponding to a vertical piece part; and a die molding part 6 for connecting both extrusion molding parts 2, 4 so as to form a predetermined angle. The die molding part 6 is provided with an engagement projection 31 engageable with an end of the sash DS3 at its corner part. The sash DS3 can be extended to a position near the corner part and further, a fitting portion (fitting direction) of the die molding part 6 to the sash DS and an engagement portion (pressing direction) of the engagement projection 31 to the end of the rear sash DS3 can be approximately made coincident. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
