<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ink having a long term storage stability by which a large enough area factor and a high OD (image density) image are obtained even with a small amount of pigment ink drops and a method of forming a recorded image by which a glossy image is formed even in forming multi order colors using ≥2 kinds of water-based inks having different compositions in water-soluble organic solvents. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of forming a multi dimensional color image using ≥2 kinds of water-based inks containing water, water-soluble colorants, water-soluble organic solvents at least one of which is a good solvent for the water-soluble colorants and at least one of which is a poor solvent for the water-soluble colorants, the mass ratio of the good solvent B to the poor solvent A (B/A) is 0.5-3.0 and the water-based ink containing less amount of the poor solvent is first attached to a recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
