<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera, program, and network system in which audio communication can be easily performed with comfortable operation. <P>SOLUTION: In a network camera, an image is transmitted to one or more terminals capable of performing audio communication in a semi-duplex manner and audio communication can be performed with the terminals. When a request is received from a terminal, a button is displayed to indicate that audio can be outputted, if audio outputting is not prohibited and the other terminal is not under outputting audio. When performing audio outputting, a button is displayed to indicate that it is under outputting audio and while the other terminal is under transmitting audio, a button is displayed to indicate temporary audio output prohibition.
