<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control unit for setting suitable printing conditions, in response to the temperature and humidity, even in a printer that is not provided with a temperature sensor or a humidity sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The printing control unit comprises a clocking part for notifying the time, a printing condition management table for indicating a relationship of combination of temperature and humidity and the printing condition Pm, and a printing condition setting means for setting the corresponding printing condition Pm, by referring to the printing condition management table from the temperature and humidity.
