<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure not requiring a pressurization device for eliminating a gap in a welded part in the laser welding of a resin molded product. <P>SOLUTION: In a cover member 1 and a housing member 2 both of which are molded from a resin material, one of them comprises a laser transmissible resin and the other one of them comprises a laser absorbable resin. Then, a hook part 4 is provided to one of them while a fitting groove 5 is provided to the other one of them to fit and fix the hook part and the fitting groove and the contact part 10 of them is irradiated with a laser 3 from the transmissible resin side to be welded. By forming the fitting structure, the cover member 1 and the housing member 2 are fixed in a contact state even if not pressurized and the contact part of them is irradiated with the laser to weld both members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
